It is very important that you supply us with a full and correct address. No refund can be given if the address supplied was incorrect. We will make every attempt to retreive the item at your cost and forwarded to the correct address if at all possible.
Delivery Times
- We use NZCouriers, Courierpost and Fastway Couriers. Our boxed gifts will be left in a safe place if no-one is home unless you specify that you want it signed for. If possible please give an alternate address for apartments as they prove to be difficult to deliver to unless someone is home. We can never tell you when a gift will be delivered only an approximate. We do not deliver to Private Bags or Post Office Boxes. Delivery days are Monday-Friday. Dispatch days are Monday-Friday.
- Auckland Delivery - Delivered overnight unless Auckland same day courier is chosen. Same day is available for Albany through to Auckland City only.
- North Island Delivery - North Island delivery takes between 1 - 3 working days. All Rural Delivery/Remote (RD) addresses incur no extra charge but can take an additional 2-4 days depending on the couriers schedule. Please note we cannot guarantee the exact time nor working day of arrival.
- South Island Delivery - Allow 2 - 4 working days for deliveries to the South Island. You can also choose our overnight delivery, please see costs below. All Rural Delivery/Remote (RD) addresses incur no extra charge but can take an additional 2-4 working days depending on the couriers schedule. Please note we cannot guarantee the exact time nor day of arrival.
- Waiheke Island is the same as a South Island delivery- 2 to 4 days.
- If you specify a certain date for delivery we attach a sticker on the outer carton requesting the recipient "No peeking until the............". This enables us to make sure your gift gets there on or just before the specified date, to avoid disappointment.
- No Saturday/Sunday delivery
Delivery Costs
All costs are for overnight delivery in the North Island and 48 hour to the South Island with NZ & Fastway Couriers.
All gifts are wrapped in bubblewrap and in place in an outer carton.
- Auckland $10.95
- Auckland same day delivery (Albany to Auckland City) $19.95 Order must be placed before 1pm.
- North Island $16.95
- Waiheke Island $19.95
- South Island $19.95
- South Island overnight $26.95 Order must be placed before 1pm.
- Rural Delivery - no additional charge to the above costs.
