Wine & Liquor Gifts
Age Restriction. It is illegal to sell liquor to anyone under the age of 18 years, buy liquor under the age of 18 and to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor. It is also illegal to purchase liquor as a gift for ayone under the age of 18 years.
You must be over the age of 18 to purchase any Alcohol related Gifts on this website. Rapt About Gifts reserves the right to refuse any purchase if it warrants the buyer is under the age of 18 years.
Gift Basket Contents
Although we endeavor to have the exact contents listed under the Gift Basket/Hamper there are occasions where this is not possible. In these Instances the product will be replaced with a similar item of equal or greater value at our expense.
Free Gift Wrapping
All individual gifts will be gift wrapped either individually or together as requested by you. All gifts come with a card. Gift baskets are presented as shown on our website in cellophane and ribbons. All orders are bubblewrapped and couriered in an outer carton. Once you are in the checkout area you will be able to write any special instructions in the comments box and then your message for recipient in the gift card box.
Order in Advance
If you have a gift that needs to be sent on a certain date we will do our utmost to have it delivered on or before due date with our special "No peeking until..............sticker attached to the outer carton. Many orders may go through 2 or 3 couriers to get to there destination and we are totally reliant on the couriers to get your parcel there on the date required. You can select a date on the checkout calendar.
Corporate Orders
We would be delighted to assist you with your corporate food and wine gifts, promotions or incentive schemes. We combine our expertise and imagination to tailor corporate gifts from the inexpensive to the most luxurious. Increasingly popular are "team gifts" - a selection of goodies to be given out and enjoyed in the office team area or lunch room etc. We can tailor requirements for any group or team numbers.

Client Gift Ideas

Make sure your order is in early (at least 2-3 weeks) to save disappointment. Order now, tell us when you wish them to be delivered to your business and leave the rest to us!
Exchange/Return/Refund/Cancellations:
Should a gift arrive in a damaged condition we will happily exchange it for a replacement or refund your money. We will however need the gift returned back to us (at our expense) to Rapt About Gifts.
Should a gift be unsuitable it may be exchanged for a different gift of the same value. It must be returned back to us at Rapt About Gifts within one week of dispatch in an unused and resaleable condition. Please also let us know why you are returning it.
If a gift goes missing as the result of incorrect delivery address details given we are unable to provide a refund.
Any cancellations prior to gifts being dispatched are accepted and a refund will be provided. However once an order has been dispatched we cannot allow cancellations and refunds due to the difficulty of retrieving the gifts.

Orders paid for by cheque and internet banking will be delivered upon bank clearance.
The prices displayed on each products page are per item and are including New Zealand goods and services tax of 15%(GST). Any shipping charges are calculated separately and charged at the end of the checkout process.
