Shipping & Returns


Shipping Policy

  • We use NZCouriers-non-signature & Fastway Couriers who are signature required companies for all Gift Baskets. If there is no one home to sign for the delivery then a calling card will be left with the courier details to organise delivery when convenient. Unless you specify that you would like the parcel left at the door. We do not deliver to Private Bag or Post Office Boxes. Delivery days are Monday-Saturday. Dispatch days are Monday-Friday.
  • Auckland Delivery - Generally delivered same working day or next working day courier.
  • North Island Delivery - North Island delivery takes between 1 to 2 working days if going to a main centre. For a Saturday delivery request there is an additional charge of $5.00 and the order must be placed by Thursday morning at the lastest. All Rural Delivery (RD) addresses also incur a $4.00 surcharge and can take up to 7 working days for delivery. Please note we cannot guarantee the exact time nor day of arrival.
  • South Island Delivery - Allow 2 to 3 working days for deliveries to the South Island. For a Saturday delivery request there is an additional charge of $5.00. Should you require an overnight delivery please contact us directly. All Rural Delivery (RD) addresses also incur a $4.00 surcharge and take up to 7 working days for delivery. Please note we cannot guarantee the exact time nor day of arrival.
  • Waiheke Island is the same as a South Island delivery- 2 to 4 days.

International Delivery

We use NZCouriers International for shipping overseas. Any gift baskets sent overseas are repackaged to reduce volumn and therefore costs. Please contact us with the gifts you would like to purchase and destination. We will quote you the shipping costs.

Exchange/Return/Refund/Cancellations:

Should a gift arrive in a damaged condition we will happily exchange it for a replacement or refund your money. We will however need the gift returned back to us (at our expense) to Rapt About Gifts.

Should a gift be unsuitable it may be exchanged for a different gift of the same value. It must be returned back to us at Rapt About Gifts within one week of dispatch in an unused and resaleable condition. Please also let us know why you are returning it.

If a gift goes missing as the result of incorrect delivery address details given we are unable to provide a refund.

Any cancellations prior to gifts being dispatched are accepted and a refund will be provided. However once an order has been dispatched we cannot allow cancellations and refunds due to the difficulty of retrieving the gifts.
