This locally made traditional Christmas Cake is packed full of fruit such as currants, sultanas, apricots, dates and crushed pineapple. Very moist heavy cake soaked in brandy. 

Remember to always use a sharp knife when cutting fruit cake and keep in an airtight container - it will last for months - if you can resist!!
