Paired with Lavender Honey, Walnut halves and Figs, our Food Snob Creamy Blue Cheese is delightful.  Extra creaminess from a creamier milk is used in this cheese and it’s semi-soft, creamy texture is characterised by a sharp, salty taste. 

The boutique winery, Johner Estate Winery in the Wairarapa was established in 2001 near Gladstone north of Martinborough. We include their Nobel Sauvignon Blanc, a great wine to drink on its own or with a blue cheese platter.
